Biodiesel Plant Design
Integrating with existing plant controls understands the importance of integrating with customer’s existing biodiesel plant control systems.
Our engineers have significant experience with many major brands and types of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). ’ experience also includes the ability to program and integrate many major Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software packages. This experience allows us to accommodate customer needs and preferences for your Biodiesel plant. offers options and solutions, the customer decides the path.
Our Biodiesel Technology – Transesterification is the chemical process used in the making of biodiesel. The process separates the glycerin from the fat and produces methyl esters; which is the chemical name for biodiesel and glycerin. The feedstock quality however often varies or does not meet the specifications in which case they are adjusted in a separate feed tank fitted with a steam injector for removal of free fatty acids. The Transesterification process is carried out in two-stages of the sonification unit. The first stage is the pre-reaction stage on the oils and the methalade solution. The second stage is the final stage and is also known as the polishing stage where the reaction is completed. The methanol along with the glycerin and the water is then distilled in a fractionating column and reused in the process
Biodiesel Working
Staying on top of technology is yet another trait that distinguishes from others. strives to employ latest technology to improve productivity and minimize human intervention. This ensures the best possible yield on customer investment, lowers employee costs and liabilities and reduces human error.
